Should you buy your own investment property or leave it to an expert? You wouldn't take over from a pilot

EP74: Buying property is not as simple a process as shows such as Homes Under the Hammer would have you believe. Many people end up getting it wrong and end up overpaying or purchasing the wrong type of product for their area. The argument goes that you wouldn't fly your own plane back from your holiday in Alicante so why not leave investment property buying to an expert too?

In this podcast I talk to My Property Consultant founder Eyeedul Haque about time-poor professional and how he helps them invest in property. We also discuss his excellent one page summary of the many monthly property statistics which are published each month. We also discuss:

  • How  My Property Consultant came about
  • What will happen to UK house prices
  • The MPC property index tracker
  • And the challenges in the housing market eg is there a housing crisis?
